Very quick post today.
I finished baking the Anadama bread from the BBA Challenge yesterday. Both rises went well, and I was quite happy with the loaves that went into the oven. I ended up making both a large and an average size loaf.
What came out of the oven was perfect! Lighter in texture than I expected with a nice crunch from the cornmeal. All in all, a great start to the BBA challenge.
